CTI Personnel was started in 1989 by Martie McClain. Martie was an experienced businesswoman managing the largest office for a national staffing firm in Cincinnati, Ohio. Through strategic alliances, CTI has grown to over 4,000 temporary associates, serving the automotive sector and other Fortune 500 companies. Martie is proud that CTI has been the staffing company for Subaru of Indiana Automotive since 2006. CTI has an experienced team, with several members having worked for more than 25 years. This illustrates Martie’s leadership skills, inspiring long-term loyalty and dedication.
